Our Practice

My practice is based in the safety of Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga, a large teaching hospital with the support of experienced operating room nurses and anesthetists. Your procedure is therefore performed in the setting of a modern, well-equipped facility.I am an experienced plastic surgeon with a practice in Canada for close to 20 years.

I have Fellowship qualifications in Plastic Surgery and General Surgery. I am a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons.

My secretary Sarah is the first person to welcome you when you arrive at my office for your consultation and will organize all details for your day of surgery. She answers your phone calls and can reply to your email enquiries.Patients are also given the option to have their procedures done at a fully accredited private surgical centre in Mississauga.

This can be discussed during your initial consultation and I will advise you as to whether this is an appropriate and safe option for your particular procedure.

Dr. Turley

I am an experienced plastic and reconstructive surgeon, practising at Credit Valley Hospital and Peel Regional Cancer Centre in Mississauga, where I am chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery. I have spent twelve years training as both a general surgeon and a plastic surgeon, in Ireland, the UK and Canada. I have Fellowship degrees in both specialties from the College of Surgeons in Ireland and Canada respectively. I am thus fully certified to practise as a plastic surgeon in Canada and have been practising as a consultant surgeon at Credit Valley Hospital since 1994.

With an Irish background, I'm personable and very much at ease when meeting with patients. I have two daughters who keep me very busy outside of work. I have many outdoor interests, including mountain biking, skiing, and kayaking.

In my private cosmetic surgery practice, my main areas of expertise include (but are not limited to): breast surgery, tummy tucks, body contouring (liposuction), neck lifts, eyelid surgery and set-back ear surgery for prominent ears. I also specialize in major weight loss procedures, which include: lower body and buttock lifts, as well as thigh lifts and belt lipectomies.

Within the realm of reconstructive surgery I specialize in breast reconstruction (after mastectomy for breast cancer patients), surgical management of patients with advanced malignant melanoma and microsurgical reconstruction following severe limb injuries and for cancer reconstruction.

I am a meticulous, precise and conservative surgeon and above all else a compassionate physician. I give the best I can for all of my patients.

Please note I do not perform rhinoplasty surgery, or facelifts, or neck lifts.
